Branding

Your workspace branding controls how your newsletter appears to subscribers — in their inbox, in the email itself, and on your public subscribe page.

Go to Settings → Branding tab.

The name of your newsletter as subscribers see it. This appears in the email header and on your public subscribe page.

Examples: “TechDigest Weekly”, “The Morning Brief”, “Design Links”

The “From” name that appears in your subscribers’ inbox. This is what they see before opening the email.

Examples: “Jane from TechDigest”, “The Morning Brief Team”, “Alex Lee”

The email address where subscriber replies are sent. By default this is your account email, but you can set a different address (e.g., a shared team inbox).

An accent color used throughout your emails and public pages:

  • Email header background
  • Link and button colors
  • Public subscribe page accents

Click the color picker or enter a hex value directly (e.g., #3b82f6). The default is Linkbrew’s emerald green (#10B981).

Your brand color also affects the app’s interface — the sidebar, buttons, and accents adapt to match.

Upload your newsletter or brand logo. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPEG, WebP.

Your logo appears:

  • At the top of every email you send
  • On your public subscribe page
  • On the confirmation and unsubscribe pages

Click Remove to go back to text-only branding (your newsletter name is displayed instead).

  • Favicon — a custom favicon for your public pages (subscribe page, newsletter archive)
  • Email header image — a custom banner image displayed at the top of your emails, above the logo

Branding changes apply to the next newsletter you send. Previously sent emails are not affected — they retain the branding that was active when they were sent.
