Branding
Your workspace branding controls how your newsletter appears to subscribers — in their inbox, in the email itself, and on your public subscribe page.
Accessing Branding Settings
Section titled “Accessing Branding Settings”Go to Settings → Branding tab.
Newsletter Name
Section titled “Newsletter Name”The name of your newsletter as subscribers see it. This appears in the email header and on your public subscribe page.
Examples: “TechDigest Weekly”, “The Morning Brief”, “Design Links”
Sender Name
Section titled “Sender Name”The “From” name that appears in your subscribers’ inbox. This is what they see before opening the email.
Examples: “Jane from TechDigest”, “The Morning Brief Team”, “Alex Lee”
Reply-To Email
Section titled “Reply-To Email”The email address where subscriber replies are sent. By default this is your account email, but you can set a different address (e.g., a shared team inbox).
Primary Brand Color
Section titled “Primary Brand Color”An accent color used throughout your emails and public pages:
- Email header background
- Link and button colors
- Public subscribe page accents
Click the color picker or enter a hex value directly (e.g., #3b82f6). The default is Linkbrew’s emerald green (#10B981).
Your brand color also affects the app’s interface — the sidebar, buttons, and accents adapt to match.
Upload your newsletter or brand logo. Supported formats: PNG, SVG, JPEG, WebP.
Your logo appears:
- At the top of every email you send
- On your public subscribe page
- On the confirmation and unsubscribe pages
Click Remove to go back to text-only branding (your newsletter name is displayed instead).
Pro Branding Features
Section titled “Pro Branding Features”- Favicon — a custom favicon for your public pages (subscribe page, newsletter archive)
- Email header image — a custom banner image displayed at the top of your emails, above the logo
When Changes Take Effect
Section titled “When Changes Take Effect”Branding changes apply to the next newsletter you send. Previously sent emails are not affected — they retain the branding that was active when they were sent.
