Managing Subscribers

The Subscribers page gives you a complete view of everyone who has signed up for your newsletter. From here you can filter, search, edit, and manage your audience.

The page displays a paginated table with the following columns:

  • Email — the subscriber’s email address
  • Name — their name, if provided
  • Status — their current subscription status
  • Date Added — when they subscribed or were added
  • Source — how they were added (self-signup, admin, CSV import)

Each subscriber has one of four statuses:

StatusMeaning
ActiveConfirmed subscriber — receives your newsletters
PendingSigned up but hasn’t confirmed their email yet (awaiting double opt-in)
UnsubscribedOpted out via the unsubscribe link in an email
BouncedEmail delivery failed — invalid address or mailbox full

Only Active subscribers receive newsletters when you publish.

  • Status filter — dropdown to show All, Active, Pending, Unsubscribed, or Bounced subscribers
  • Search — find subscribers by email address or name
  • Pagination — navigate between pages and adjust the page size

Click the edit icon on any subscriber to open the edit modal. You can update their name or email address. Changes take effect immediately.

Click the delete icon to permanently remove a subscriber. A confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletion. Deleted subscribers cannot be recovered — if they want to resubscribe, they’ll need to sign up again.

Use the checkbox in the table header to select all visible subscribers, or select individual rows. Bulk selection is available for operations like deletion.

As you approach your limit (80%), a warning banner appears. At 100%, new subscriptions are blocked until you upgrade or remove subscribers.
