Managing Subscribers
The Subscribers page gives you a complete view of everyone who has signed up for your newsletter. From here you can filter, search, edit, and manage your audience.
Subscriber List
Section titled “Subscriber List”The page displays a paginated table with the following columns:
- Email — the subscriber’s email address
- Name — their name, if provided
- Status — their current subscription status
- Date Added — when they subscribed or were added
- Source — how they were added (self-signup, admin, CSV import)
Subscriber Statuses
Section titled “Subscriber Statuses”Each subscriber has one of four statuses:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Active | Confirmed subscriber — receives your newsletters |
| Pending | Signed up but hasn’t confirmed their email yet (awaiting double opt-in) |
| Unsubscribed | Opted out via the unsubscribe link in an email |
| Bounced | Email delivery failed — invalid address or mailbox full |
Only Active subscribers receive newsletters when you publish.
Filtering and Search
Section titled “Filtering and Search”- Status filter — dropdown to show All, Active, Pending, Unsubscribed, or Bounced subscribers
- Search — find subscribers by email address or name
- Pagination — navigate between pages and adjust the page size
Editing Subscribers
Section titled “Editing Subscribers”Click the edit icon on any subscriber to open the edit modal. You can update their name or email address. Changes take effect immediately.
Deleting Subscribers
Section titled “Deleting Subscribers”Click the delete icon to permanently remove a subscriber. A confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletion. Deleted subscribers cannot be recovered — if they want to resubscribe, they’ll need to sign up again.
Bulk Selection
Section titled “Bulk Selection”Use the checkbox in the table header to select all visible subscribers, or select individual rows. Bulk selection is available for operations like deletion.
Subscriber Limits
Section titled “Subscriber Limits”| Plan | Subscriber Limit |

| Pro | 5,000 |
As you approach your limit (80%), a warning banner appears. At 100%, new subscriptions are blocked until you upgrade or remove subscribers.
