Building a Newsletter

The Newsletter Builder takes your selected links and generates a complete, formatted newsletter using AI. You select the content — AI does the writing.

Prerequisites

You need links in your Content library. If you haven’t added any yet, start with Submitting Links.

  1. Go to Content in the sidebar
  2. Use checkboxes to select the links you want in your newsletter
  3. Click Open Builder

Step 2: Review Your Selection

The Builder page has two panels:

  • Left panel — your selected links, grouped by category. Each category becomes a section in the generated newsletter.
  • Right panel — the live preview of the generated content.

Review your link selection. The category grouping determines the structure of your newsletter — links in the “Tutorials” category appear under a “Tutorials” section heading, and so on.

Step 3: Generate

Click Generate Newsletter. Linkbrew’s AI creates:

  • Introduction — a brief opening that sets the context
  • Category sections — each category becomes a section with a heading, and each link gets a description
  • Subject line — a suggested email subject based on the content
  • Closing — a sign-off for the newsletter

The generated content uses your workspace branding — your newsletter name, sender name, and brand color are woven into the output.

Regenerating

Not satisfied with the result? Click Generate Newsletter again. A confirmation dialog warns that this replaces the current content. Each generation produces a fresh version.

Moving to Publish

When the preview looks good, click Ready to Publish. This takes you to the Publish page where you can make final edits and send.
