Managing Your Content Library

The Content page is your link library — every link you’ve submitted, imported, or analyzed lives here. From this page you browse your collection, select links for newsletters, and keep things organized.

Each link in the list shows:

  • Title — the extracted or edited headline
  • URL — the hostname of the source (e.g., example.com)
  • Category — the assigned category badge (e.g., News, Tutorials)
  • Date — when the link was added
  • Status — Active, Published, or Archived
  • Image — thumbnail preview if an image was extracted

Use the controls at the top of the page to narrow down your links:

  • Status filter — show only Active, Published, or Archived links
  • Category filter — show links in a specific category (or All)
  • Search — find links by title or URL
  • Clear filters — reset all filters to show everything
  • Active — available for selection in the Newsletter Builder
  • Published — already included in a sent newsletter. These remain in your library for reference.
  • Archived — hidden from the Builder but kept in your library. Useful for links you don’t want to use but don’t want to delete.

Click the edit icon on any link to open the edit modal. You can change:

  • Title
  • Summary
  • Category (reassign to any of your workspace categories)
  • Image URL

Changes take effect immediately.

  • Archive — moves a link to Archived status. This is reversible — you can unarchive later.
  • Delete — permanently removes the link. A confirmation dialog prevents accidental deletion.
  1. Use the checkboxes to select the links you want to include
  2. A counter shows how many links are selected
  3. Use Select All to select every visible link, or Deselect All to clear your selection
  4. Click Open Builder to move to the Newsletter Builder with your selection

The content library is paginated. Use the page controls at the bottom to navigate between pages, and adjust the page size if you prefer to see more or fewer links per page.
