Creating Your Account
Sign Up
Section titled “Sign Up”- Go to linkbrew.io/register
- Enter your full name, email address, and a strong password
- Click Create Account
No credit card is required. Every new account starts on the Free plan.
Verify Your Email
Section titled “Verify Your Email”After signing up, Linkbrew sends a verification email to the address you provided. Click the confirmation link in that email to activate your account. If you don’t see it, check your spam folder.
What Gets Created Automatically
Section titled “What Gets Created Automatically”When your account is verified, Linkbrew sets up your workspace with sensible defaults:
- Workspace name: based on your name (e.g., “Jane’s Workspace”)
- Workspace slug: used in your public URLs (e.g.,
linkbrew.io/subscribe/jane) - Default categories: News, Tutorials, Tools, Opinion, Announcements, and Uncategorized
- Default brand color: Emerald (#10B981)
- Free plan: 500 subscribers, 4 newsletters/month, 100 links
You can customize all of these later in Settings.
Your First Login
Section titled “Your First Login”After logging in, you land on the Submit Link page — the starting point of the Linkbrew workflow. The sidebar on the left organizes the app into four sections:
Newsletter — the core workflow:
- Submit Link — add links to your library
- Content — browse and select your curated links
- Builder — generate a newsletter from selected links
- Publish — review, edit, and send
Library — saved work:
- Drafts — newsletters you’ve saved but haven’t sent
- Archive — newsletters you’ve already sent
Audience — your subscribers:
- Subscribers — manage your subscriber list
- Analytics — track opens, clicks, and growth
System — configuration:
- Settings — branding, compliance, billing, and advanced options
At the top-right corner, your avatar opens the User Menu with access to your profile, documentation, feedback form, and sign out.
