Upgrading to Pro

Upgrading to Pro unlocks higher limits and additional features like full analytics, custom categories, and the embed widget.

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings → Billing tab
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. You’re redirected to the Paddle checkout page
  4. Enter your payment details and complete the purchase
  5. Your plan upgrades immediately

All Pro features are available right away — no restart or waiting required.

What Changes

After upgrading:

  • Subscriber limit increases from 500 to 5,000
  • Newsletter sending becomes unlimited (was 4/month)
  • Link library expands from 100 to 1,000
  • Drafts become unlimited (was 3)
  • Team members increase from 1 to 5
  • Full analytics dashboard unlocks
  • Custom categories, embed widget, favicon, header image, and AI model selection become available

Your existing data (links, subscribers, newsletters) is unaffected — you simply get more room and features.

Payment

Section titled “Payment”

Linkbrew uses Paddle for billing. Paddle handles:

  • Payment processing (credit card, PayPal)
  • Invoices and receipts
  • Tax calculation and compliance

You don’t need to enter payment information on Linkbrew directly — everything goes through Paddle’s secure checkout.
