Managing Your Subscription

All subscription management happens through the Paddle billing portal, accessible from your Linkbrew settings.

Go to Settings → Billing tab. You’ll see:

  • Your current plan (Free or Pro)
  • Usage metrics: current subscriber count, links stored, newsletters sent this month
  • Usage bars showing how close you are to each limit

Click Manage Subscription to open the Paddle billing portal. From there you can:

  • View past invoices and receipts
  • Update your payment method
  • Update your billing address
  • Download tax invoices

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Manage Subscription
  3. In the Paddle portal, select Cancel Subscription

After canceling:

  • Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period
  • When the period ends, your account downgrades to the Free plan
  • Your data is preserved — nothing is deleted when you downgrade
  • If your data exceeds Free plan limits (e.g., more than 500 subscribers), you won’t be able to add new subscribers or send newsletters until you’re within limits. Existing data is kept.

If you’ve canceled and want Pro again:

  1. Go to Settings → Billing
  2. Click Upgrade to Pro
  3. Complete the Paddle checkout

You go through the standard checkout flow. Your existing data and settings are preserved.
