Profile Settings
Your profile settings control how the app looks and behaves for you personally. These are separate from workspace settings, which affect your newsletter and subscribers.
Go to Profile from the sidebar or from the User Menu (click your avatar in the top-right corner).
Personal Info
Section titled “Personal Info”- Display Name — how your name appears in the app
- Email — your login email address (read-only, cannot be changed)
- Avatar — upload a profile picture that appears in the app header. Click Remove to go back to the default avatar.
Display Preferences
Section titled “Display Preferences”- Theme — choose between Light, Dark, or System (follows your operating system preference). Your choice is saved and applied immediately.
- Timezone — affects how dates and times are displayed throughout the app (subscriber dates, newsletter timestamps, etc.)
- Date Format — choose your preferred format:
YYYY-MM-DD(ISO)MM/DD/YYYY(US)DD/MM/YYYY(EU)- And other common formats
Notification Preferences
Section titled “Notification Preferences”Control which email notifications you receive:
- New Subscriber — get notified when someone subscribes to your newsletter
- Weekly Summary — receive a weekly digest of your newsletter performance
- System Announcements — updates about Linkbrew features and maintenance
- Newsletter Published — confirmation when a newsletter is sent successfully
Toggle each notification on or off. Changes are saved when you click Save.
