Deleting Your Account
Before You Delete
Section titled “Before You Delete”Export your workspace data so you have a backup:
- Go to Settings → Advanced
- Click Export Data
- A JSON file downloads with all your links, newsletters, subscribers, and workspace settings
This is your only chance to preserve your data — once the account is deleted, it’s gone.
What Gets Deleted
Section titled “What Gets Deleted”When you delete your account, everything is permanently removed:
- Your user account and login credentials
- All workspaces you own
- All links, newsletters, and drafts in those workspaces
- All subscriber data
- All uploaded files (avatars, logos, workspace assets)
- Your user profile and preferences
This complies with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) — all personal data is permanently erased from Linkbrew’s systems.
How to Delete Your Account
Section titled “How to Delete Your Account”- Go to Settings → Advanced
- Scroll to the Delete Account section
- Click Delete Account
- Read the warning carefully
- Type the confirmation text exactly as shown
- Click the final confirmation button
After deletion, you are signed out and redirected to the landing page.
After Deletion
Section titled “After Deletion”- You can create a new account with the same email address in the future
- Your previous data cannot be recovered under any circumstances
- Your public subscribe page and newsletter archive are immediately removed
- Any active subscriptions (Paddle billing) are canceled
