Deleting Your Account

Export your workspace data so you have a backup:

  1. Go to Settings → Advanced
  2. Click Export Data
  3. A JSON file downloads with all your links, newsletters, subscribers, and workspace settings

This is your only chance to preserve your data — once the account is deleted, it’s gone.

When you delete your account, everything is permanently removed:

  • Your user account and login credentials
  • All workspaces you own
  • All links, newsletters, and drafts in those workspaces
  • All subscriber data
  • All uploaded files (avatars, logos, workspace assets)
  • Your user profile and preferences

This complies with GDPR Article 17 (Right to Erasure) — all personal data is permanently erased from Linkbrew’s systems.

  1. Go to Settings → Advanced
  2. Scroll to the Delete Account section
  3. Click Delete Account
  4. Read the warning carefully
  5. Type the confirmation text exactly as shown
  6. Click the final confirmation button

After deletion, you are signed out and redirected to the landing page.

  • You can create a new account with the same email address in the future
  • Your previous data cannot be recovered under any circumstances
  • Your public subscribe page and newsletter archive are immediately removed
  • Any active subscriptions (Paddle billing) are canceled
